Circuit court hears pleas
12 guilty, no contest pleas entered

Wayne Edward Hunt, 51, pleaded guilty to felony terroristic threatening I revocation and guilty or no contest to felony aggravated assault on a family or household member July 6. Hunt received 180 days confinement in the Greene County Detention Center with credit for 52 days and 36 months probation. Greene County Circuit Judge Barbara Halsey assessed Hunt $720 in court costs and associated costs and ordered him to complete 80 hours of community service work.
Douglas Leon Billips, 24, pleaded guilty or no contest July 6 to felony forgery II. Billips received 36 months probation from Halsey, was assessed $70 in court costs and associated costs and ordered to complete 120 hours of public service work.
Regina N. Zawodniak, 36, pleaded guilty or no contest Monday to felony failure to appear. Greene County Circuit Judge David Laser imposed a 36-month suspended sentence and was assessed $1,220 in court costs and associated costs.
Selena Dawn Horton, 28, pleaded guilty or no contest Monday to misdemeanor theft of property ($500 or less with subjective value). Laser placed Horton on probation for 12 months, assessed her $970 in court costs and associated costs and ordered her to complete 40 hours of public service work.
Robert Anthony Wallace, 19, pleaded guilty or no contest Monday to a reduced felony breaking or entering charge, felony theft of property (<$2,500 >$500) and felony forgery II. Wallace received 60 months probation, was assessed $1,720 in court costs and associated costs and ordered to complete 80 hours of public service work.
Melissa Ann Smith, 27, pleaded guilty or no contest Monday to felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to deliver and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith received 72 months probation from Laser and must successfully complete at least six months of long-term residential substance abuse treatment at an approved facility as a condition of her plea agreement. Laser also assessed Smith $1,845 in court costs and associated costs and ordered her to complete 80 hours of public service work.
Lynn Lorraine McFatridge, 26, pleaded guilty or no contest Monday to felony delivery of a schedule II controlled substance (methamphetamine). McFatridge received 120 months probation — 72 of which must be supervised probation. She was assessed $2,345 in court costs and associated costs and ordered to complete 120 hours of community service work.
Teddy Lee Keeling, 53, pleaded guilty or no contest Monday to felony possession of paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine. Keeling received 48 months probation, was assessed $1,845 in court costs and associated costs and ordered to complete 80 hours of community service work.
Ricky Edward Hopper, 26, pleaded guilty or no contest Monday to felony possession of a schedule VI controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver and felony failure to appear. Laser sentenced Hopper to 48 months probation, assessed him $1,345 in court costs and associated costs with jail time credit of 60 days and ordered him to complete 120 hours of community service work.
Billy Joe Adams, 19, pleaded guilty or no contest Monday to felony manufacture of a schedule II controlled substance (methamphetamine) and felony possession of paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine. Adams was sentenced to 60 months probation, was assessed $2,345 in court costs and associated costs and ordered to complete 80 hours of community service work.
Melvin Straub, 19, pleaded guilty or no contest Monday to felony breaking or entering. Straub was sentenced to 48 months probation, assessed $1,220 in court costs and associated costs and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service work.
Shirley Jean Myers, 27, pleaded guilty or no contest Monday to four counts of felony breaking or entering, felony theft of property (<$2,500 >$500), felony fraudulent use of a credit card or debit card and felony hot check violation (>$200 but <$2,500) revocation. Myers received 12 months confinement in the Greene County Detention Center for the revocation charge, 60 months probation, was ordered to pay $4,653.29 restitution and was assessed $845 in court costs and associated costs.
