Historical society gets new genealogy tool

Greene County residents will have much greater access to historical and genealogical records due to a recent partnership between FamilySearch Library and the Greeene County Historical and Genealogical Society.

According to a press release, FamilySearch is the world's largest source of genealogical records and manages the Family History Library in Salt Lake City. It has amassed billions of birth, marriage, death, census, land and court records from more than 130 countries.
