The Greene County Circuit Court has accepted pleas or otherwise disposed of the following criminal cases, as indicated below:

Evan Caleb Speaks, 21, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of aggravated assault on a family member, a Class D felony. He did not face prosecution on other charges. He was sentenced to 60 days (less 50 days credit for time served) in the Greene County Detention Center (GCDC) and to 48 months probation. He was also fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $440 in costs and fees, plus a monthly $35 probation supervision fee. Revocation of his probation could result in his being sentenced to up to six years (less 60 days credit for time served) in the Arkansas Department of Corrections (ADC), a fine of up to $9,000 or both.

Lonnell Deavlon Wiley, Jr., 18, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of commercial burglary, a Class C felony. He was not prosecuted on other charges. He was sentenced to time served (four days) in the GCDC and to 48 months probation, fined $500, ordered to pay $380 in restitution and ordered to pay $440 in costs and fees, plus a monthly $35 fee for probation supervision. If he does not follow the terms of the probation, he could be sentenced to up to 10 years in the ADC and/or fined up to $9,500.

Jessie Lee Thomas, 29, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of commercial burglary, a Class C felony. Prosecutors did not proceed against him on other charges. He was sentenced to 48 months probation, fined $500, and ordered top pay $440 in costs and fees. If his probation is revoked, he could be sentenced to up to 10 years (less four days) in the ADC and/or fined up to $9,500.

Rhonda L. Spencer, 58, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of theft of property valued at less than $1,000, a Class A misdemeanor. She received a 12-month suspended imposition of sentence, was fined $100 and ordered to pay $300 in restitution. If her suspension is vacated, she could face up to one year in the GCDC and/or a fine of up to $2,400.

Dakota Allen Garrison, 20, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of terroristic threatening, a Class D felony. He was sentenced to time served (45 days) in the GCDC and to 72 months probation, fined $2,500, and ordered to pay $440 in costs and fees, plus a monthly probation supervision fee of $35. If his probation is revoked, he could be sentenced to six years (less 120 days credit for time served) in the ADC, fined up to $7,500 or both.
