The Greene County Circuit Court has accepted pleas in, or otherwise adjudicated, the following criminal cases, as indicated below:

Dale Allen McLeskey, 43, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of second-degree domestic battery, a Class C felony. He was not prosecuted on other charges. He was sentenced to time served (70 days) in the Greene County Detention Center (GCDC) and to 60 months probation. He was also fined $250 and ordered to pay $440 in costs and fees, plus a monthly $35 fee for probation supervision. If his probation is revoked he could be sentenced to up to 10 years (less 70 days credit for time served) in the Arkansas Department of Corrections (ADC), fined up to $9,750 or both.

Brandi Sue Gosciniak, 46, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of possession of less than two grams of a Schedule I/II controlled substance (methamphetamine or cocaine), a Class D felony. She did not face prosecution on other charges. She was sentenced to 36 months probation and ordered to pay $565 in costs and fees, plus a monthly $35 fee for probation supervision If her probation is revoked she could face up to six years in the ADC and/or a $10,000 fine.

Taylor J. Faulkner, 27, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of first-degree criminal mischief, a Class D felony. She was sentenced to 60 days in the GCDC (with credit for 41 days time served) and to 72 months probation. She was also fined $500 and ordered to pay $2,150 in restitution and $440 in costs and fees, plus a monthly $35 fee for probation supervision. Revocation of her probation could result in her being sentenced to up to six years (less 60 days credit for time served) in the ADC, a fine of up to $9,500 or both.

Bryan Eugene Miller, 41, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of first-degree terroristic threatening, a Class D felony. He was sentenced to time served (41 days) in the GCDC and to 48 months probation. He was also fined $500 and ordered to pay $440 in costs and fees, plus a monthly fee of $35 for probation supervision. Revocation of his probation could see him sentenced to up to six years (less 41 days credit for time served) in the ADC and/or a fine of up to $9,500.

Deangelo Blackmon, 28, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of possession of a firearm by certain persons (i.e. a convicted felon), a Class D felony. He was sentenced to 24 months (less 38 days credit for time served) in the ADC, with another 48 months suspended imposition of sentence. He was also ordered to pay $440 in costs and fees. If his suspension is vacated he could be sentenced to up to four years in the ADC, fined up to $10,000, or both.
