The Greene County Circuit Court has accepted pleas or otherwise disposed of the following criminal cases, as indicated below:

Stephanie Ann Resendez, 32, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count each of possession of less than two grams of a Schedule I/II controlled substance, a Class D felony. She was sentenced to 60 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections (ADC), all of which was suspended on condition of her following the terms of the suspension. She was also ordered to pay $565 in costs and fees, plus a $5 fee for a monthly payment plan. If her suspension is vacated, she could be sentenced to up to six years (less 22 days credit for time served) in the ADC and/or fined up to $10,000.

Linda F. Malone, 61, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of second-degree battery, a Class D felony. She was sentenced to 60 days (less 59 days credit for time served) in the Greene County Detention Center and to 60 months probation. She was also fined $250 and ordered to pay $465 in costs and fees. If her probation is revoked she could face up to six years (less 60 days credit for time served) and/or a $9,750 fine.

Kati Hall, 27, has negotiated a guilty plea to charges of one count each of possession of less than two grams of a Schedule I/II controlled substance (methamphetamine or cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia, both Class D felonies. She was sentenced to time served (72 days) in the Greene County Detention Center and to 48 months probation. She was also ordered to pay $565 in costs and fees, plus monthly fees of $35 for probation supervision and $5 for a payment plan. Revocation of her probation could see her sentenced to up to 12 years (less 72 days credit for time served), fined up to $20,000 or both.

Michael C. Williams, 30, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of criminal trespass, a Class D felony. He did not face prosecution on other charges. He was sentenced to 90 days (less 58 days credit for time served) in the Greene County Detention Center and 48 months probation. He was also ordered to pay $440 in costs and fees, plus monthly fees of $35 for probation supervision and $5 for a payment plan. If he violates the terms of his probation he could be sentenced to up to six years (less 90 days credit for time served) in the ADC and/or a fine of up top $10,000.

Stephanie Michelle Speaks, 36, has negotiated a guilty plea to charges of one count each of possession of less than two grams of a Schedule I/II controlled substance (methamphetamine or cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia, both Class D felonies. She was sentenced to time served (71 days) in the Greene County Detention Center and to 36 months probation. She was also ordered to pay $565 in costs and fees, plus monthly fees of $5 for a payment plan and $35 for probation supervision. Revocation of her probation could result in her being sentenced to up to 12 years (less 142 days credit for time served), a fine of up to $20,000 or both.
