The Greene County Circuit Court has accepted pleas, or otherwise disposed of, the following criminal cases, as indicated below:

Travis McClaud Murphy, 29, has negotiated a plea of guilty to charges of one count each of possession of less than two grams of a Schedule I/II controlled substance (methamphetamine or cocaine) and of possession of drug paraphernalia to ingest, etc., both Class D felonies. He was sentenced to time served (64 days) in the Greene County Detention Center (GCDC) and to 36 months probation. He was also ordered to pay $565 in costs and fees, plus a monthly fee of $35 for probation supervision. If his probation is revoked he could face up to 12 years (less 128 days credit for time served) in the Arkansas Department of Corrections (ADC), a fine of up to $19,750, or both.

Doralee D. Runyon, 41, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of possession of less than two grams of a Schedule I/II controlled substance (methamphetamine or cocaine), a Class D felony. She was not prosecuted on other charges. She was sentenced to 72 months probation, fined $250, and ordered to pay $565 on costs and fees, plus a monthly $35 probation supervision fee. Revocation of her probation could result in her being sentenced to up to six years in the ADC and/or fined up to $9,750.

Millard Scott Maxwell, 26, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of failure to appear in court, a Class C felony. He was sentenced to 120 days in the GCDC to complete the Work Release Program and to 60 months probation. He was also ordered to pay $440 in costs and fees, plus a $35 monthly probation fee. If he does not follow the terms of the probation he could be sentenced to up to 38 years (less 600 days credit for time served) and/or fined up to $50,000.

David Lee Roush, 45, has negotiated a plea of guilty to charges of possession of less than two grams of a Schedule I/II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia to ingest, etc., both Class D felonies. Prosecutors did not proceed against him on other charges. He was fined $250, sentenced to 60 months probation and ordered to pay $565 in costs and fees, plus a $35 monthly probation supervision fee. Revocation of his probation could result in his being sentenced to up to 12 years in the ADC, a fine of up to $19,750, or both.

Zachary Robert Callahan, 35, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of possession of less than two grams of a Schedule I/II controlled substance (methamphetamine or cocaine). He did not face prosecution on other charges. He was fined $250, ordered to give a DNA sample, sentenced to 60 months probation and ordered to pay $815 in costs and fees, plus a $35 monthly probation fee. If he does not observe the terms of his probation he could be sentenced to up to six years in the ADC, fined up to $9,750 or both.
