The Greene County Circuit Court has accepted pleas or otherwise disposed of the following criminal cases, as indicated below:

Allen O’Neal Arnett, 54, has negotiated a guilty plea to charges of one count each of first-degree terroristic threatening and possession of less than two grams of a Schedule I/II controlled substance (methamphetamine or cocaine), both Class D felonies. In return, he did not face other charges. He was sentenced to time served (68 days) in the GCDC and to 72 months probation. He was also fined $500 and ordered to pay $565 in costs and fees, plus monthly fees of $35 for probation supervision and $5 for a payment plan. failure to follow the terms of the probation could result in his being sentenced to up to 12 years in the ADC and/or fined up to $20,000.

Joseph Ray Austin, 32, has negotiated a guilty plea to a charge of one count of fleeing in a vehicle causing danger, a Class D felony. In return, prosecutors elected not to proceed against him with other charges. He was sentenced to time served (77 days) in the GCDC and to 60 months probation. He was also fined $1,000, ordered to give a DNA sample and to pay $690 in costs and fees, plus monthly fees of $35 for probation supervision and $5 for a payment plan. Revocation of his probation could see him sentenced to up to six years (less 77 days credit for time served) in the ADC, a fine of up to $9,000, or both.

Richard Trowbridge, 30, has negotiated a guilty plea to a charge of one count of theft by receiving of property valued between $1,000 and $5,000, a Class D felony. He was sentenced to time served (74 days) in the GCDC and to 60 months probation. He was also fined $1,000, ordered to give a DNA sample and ordered to pay $690 in costs and fees, plus monthly fees of $35 for probation supervision and $5 for a payment plan. If his probation is revoked he could face up to six years in the ADC and/or a fine of up to $9,000.

Jimmy Douglas Greenway, 51, has negotiated a guilty plea to a charge of one count of failure to appear in court, a Class D felony. He was sentenced to 120 days in the GCDC plus 60 months probation and ordered to pay $440 in costs and fees. If he violates the terms of his probation he could be sentenced to up to six years (less 120 days) in the ADC, fined up to $10,000 or both.

Brynan Marie Rogers, 19, has negotiated a guilty plea to a charge of one count of possession of between two and 10 grams of a Schedule I/II controlled substance (methamphetamine or cocaine), a Class C felony. In return, she was not prosecuted on other charges. She was sentenced to time served (72 days) in the Greene County Detention Center (GCDC) and to 36 months probation. She was also ordered to give a DNA sample and to pay $815 in costs and fees, plus monthly fees of $35 for probation supervision and $5 for a payment plan. If her probation is revoked, she could be sentenced to up to six years (less 72 days credit for time served) in the Arkansas Department of Corrections (ADC) and/or fined up to $10,000.
