The Greene County Circuit Court has accepted pleas or otherwise disposed of the following criminal cases, as shown below:

Terry L. Wallace, 21, has negotiated a plea of guilty to charges of one count each of robbery, a Class B felony, theft of property valued between $5,000 and $25,000 and commercial burglary, each a Class C felony; and theft of property (a debit/credit card or number), a Class D felony. In return, he did not face prosecution on other charges. He was sentenced to 96 months (less 172 days credit for time served), and another 120 months suspended imposition of sentence, and ordered to pay $440 in costs and fees. If his suspension is revoked, he could be sentenced to 30 years in the ADC and/or fined up to $40,000.

Walker Lee Dodd, 25, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of one count of possession of less than two grams of a Schedule I/II controlled substance (methamphetamine or cocaine), a Class D felony. He was not prosecuted on other charges. He was sentenced to 60 months in the ADC and ordered to pay $565 in costs and fees.

Jack Daniel Miller, 31, has negotiated a plea of guilty to a charge of second-degree domestic battery, a Class C felony. Prosecutors did not proceed against him on other charges. He was sentenced to 120 days in the GCDC and to 36 months suspended imposition of sentence to the ADC. He was also fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $440 in costs and fees. Vacation of the suspension could see him sentenced to up to 10 years (less 120 days credit for time served) in the ADC and/or fined up to $10,000.

Gary Don Miller, Jr., 46, has negotiated a plea of guilty to charges of one count each of possession of between two and 10 grams of a Schedule I/II controlled substance (methamphetamine or cocaine), a Class C felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia to ingest, etc. methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin or fentanyl, a Class D felony. He did not face prosecution on other charges. He was sentence to 120 days in the GCDC and to 60 months probation. He was also ordered to pay $565 in costs and fees, plus a $35 monthly fee for probation supervision. Revocation of his probation could result in his being sentenced to up to 16 years (less 149 days credit for time served) in the ADC, a fine of up to $20,000 or both.

Tiffany Hanna Isham, 34, has negotiated a plea of guilty to one count each of possession with purpose to deliver less than two grams of a Schedule I/II controlled substance (methamphetamine or cocaine), a Class C felony; and possession of less than two grams of a Schedule I/II controlled substance (other than methamphetamine or cocaine), a Class D felony. She was not prosecuted on other charges. She was sentenced to 120 days in the Greene County Detention Center (GCDC) (less 45 days credit for time served) and to 48 months probation. She was also fined $100 and ordered to pay $315 in costs and fees, plus a monthly fee of $35 for probation supervision. Should she fail to follow the terms of the probation, she could be sentenced to up to 19 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections (ADC), fined up to $20,000 or both.
