MARMADUKE — As part of its precautions against possible spread of COVID-19, the city of Marmaduke has undertaken several measures to limit exposure of its citizens to the virus. As announced by the city, all agenda items for the canceled March 17 meeting of its city council have been moved to that of the April meeting.

The Citywide Yard Sale has been postponed to a later date, to be announced at a later time. The Community Center will not be scheduling any rentals until after April 15. Anyone with a reservation of the center for an April 15 or earlier date can either have that reservation honored or receive a refund.

The City Hall has asked that anyone with business there conduct it by telephone or e-mail if at all possible. The City Hall will be open during regular business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
