Paragould Light, Water and Cable (PLWC) has established policies to maintain the health and well-being of customers, employees and community during the current COVID-19 coronavirus situation.
In a news release, PLWC expressed understanding of the concern and uncertainty customers may be experiencing surrounding the virus. And it expressed commitment to responsiveness to the needs of customers, employees and community as the situation evolves.
“We are navigating this situation by following the guidance of Centers for Disease Controls (CDC),” said the utility in a prepared statement, “coordinating with local and state officials, staying aligned with industry protocol, making prudent decisions, and adapting as new information is made available.”
For customer safety and employee well-being, PLWC is suspending the following services until further notice:
Fiber/cable installations effective immediately
The PLWC Service Center Lobby will be closed as of Tuesday, March 17
Instead, the utility is recommending customers utilize PLWC’s online bill pay processes on the website at www.paragould.com to pay their bills. In order to further assist customers, PLWC is waiving all transaction fees associated with online bill pay until May 1.

Drop payments in the drop box any time at 1901 Jones Road or at the Paragould Police Department, 101 N. 3 ½ Street, Paragould
Make payments (with bill payment stub) at any participating bank

Use one of the drive-thru windows at 1901 Jones Road
The drive -thru will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the immediate future.
