Bill D. Parker, from Paragould, passed away on July 13, 2021, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he had lived for the last 51 years.

He was the son of Don and Dorothy Parker of Paragould.

He is survived by his wife Noyda; his son, Abraham; daughter, Monica; son-in-law, Frank Caltagirone; grandkids, Alejandro, Elena; and Ana Lucia; nephews, nieces and cousins.

His remains were cremated. His family will bring some of his ashes to Arkansas at a later time to be with his parents and brothers.
