Patricia Ann Vandon, 73, of Paragould, passed away Friday, Jan. 15, 2021, at St. Bernards Medical Center, Jonesboro.

She was born June 8, 1947, in Lake City, to Charlie and Gladys Barnes Ellis. She was a member of the Oak Grove Heights Baptist Church in Oak Grove. She enjoyed gospel music, reading, sewing and “hulling pecans.”

Survivors include three sons, Wayne Stallings (Joan) of Paragould, Chris Stallings (Brandy) of Hendersonville, N.C., and David Stallings (Penny) of Paragould; three daughters, Melissa Stallings of Paragould, Michelle Stallings of Paragould, and Darlene Frost of Hoxie; two brothers, Laymon Ellis of Lafe, and Jim Ellis of Alabama; two sisters, Louise Deckelman of Harrisburg, and Donna Ellis; 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Vandon; one grandchild, Michael Martin; two brothers, Carlon Ellis and Tommy Ellis; and two sisters, Nora Barnes and Charlene “Sue” Davidson.

Funeral was Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. at Oak Grove Heights Baptist Church with Bro. David Stallings officiating under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila. Burial was in Mt. Home Cemetery at Paragould.
