Patricia Rogers Mullins, 88, of Paragould, went to be with her Lord on Dec. 14, 2020, at Greene Acres Nursing Home in Paragould.

She was born on Jan. 25, 1932, in Clay County, to the late Vernon Burrell Rogers and Bettie Byers Rogers. Pat was a former secretary at Crowley’s Ridge Development Council and was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. She loved teaching her youth group at church and sewing for Mission Outreach. She was a member of the Auxiliary at Gainesville Cemetery and spent many hours making wreaths for headstones and repairing monuments.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Mullins; daughter, Telissa Mullins; son, Timothy L. Mullins; granddaughter, Natalie Foust Brewer; brother, Boykin “Buck” Rogers and sister, Connie Sidebottom.

Survivors include two loving daughters, Christi (Alan) Foust and Randi (Kelly) Foust, both of Paragould; brothers, Rex Rogers of Marion, Warren Rogers of Greers Ferry; sister, Carolyn Hester of Wynne; grandchildren, Christal (Andy) Tharp, Sonya (Brad) Pinion, Shalane (John) Slatton, Genea (Tim) Tharp, Seth (Lindy) Yeargan; grandson-in-law, Leonard Brewer; four local great grandchildren, Jamie Pinion, Adrian Hernandez, Cruz Hernandez and Zeppelin Tharp; and several other great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, Dec. 18, from 11 a.m. until noon at Mitchell Funeral Home in Paragould. Funeral service will follow at noon with pastor Chris Barhorst officiating. Burial will follow at Gainesville Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Greene Acres Nursing Home, Family Council Fund, 2402 Country Club Rd, Paragould, AR 72450.

Following the State of Arkansas COVID-19 guidelines, no more than 50 people will be allowed to gather inside of Mitchell Funeral Home and social distancing, keeping a 6-foot distance between one another, will be practiced. Face masks are required to enter the building and to be worn at all times.
