My husband and I moved here in 2004, and enjoy the area.

Love the people, but when it comes to needing something done like plumbing, painting, repair of whatever is absolutely hard to find. You can call, waiting for a call back, no call, call again, no call back. Now if you happen to get lucky and find someone that will either answer my call, then it’s getting them to show up! If by chance there is someone that will show and do whatever needs to be done, it’s never done right or half finished and well overcharged, but be careful when paying. Make sure everything is done the way you expect, they will hide things that makes it look like a job well done.

Why are these licensed professionals not checked on regularly with a code enforcer? The services here are not right, and yet the city of Paragould gets advertised for being a good place for living. It is a great place but the honesty and promptness of so call professionals is a disgrace.

I assure y’all I am not the only one that sees this being a big problem with trust and courtesy. And come on, we are all busy but at least return a call if you’re busy and can’t help them right now. At least that customer is going to understand and not think badly for your business etiquette.
